We’re joined in this episode—the first of two episodes—by Daniel A. Schroeder, Ph.D. He’s President and CEO of Organization Development Consultants, Inc. There’s a ton of great material on his website on achieving results within organizations.
During the first part of this two-part podcast, we cover a lot of ground on leadership, communications and trust. We mentioned, during the podcast, Edelman’s Trust Barometer, a valuable study of where public trust resides during the coronavirus pandemic. All are relevant topics for executives and managers working through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Well done! I am glad you hit on the key element to manage during this pandemic — communication, communication, communication. Good leadership will be transparent and open/honest during difficult communications, which leads to less stress and guessing by the rest of the team.
Thank you, Ronald. We are always amazed how crucial communications is to any endeavor. Learn to tie your shoes: requires communications (verbal or demonstration or illustration, etc.) From the most basic endeavor to the most complex, without communications, it fails. Thanks again!
